Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled ETL Engineer / Data Migration Developer with strong hands-on experience in data quality assurance to join our team.


You will play a key role in designing, developing, and validating data migration processes for enterprise systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance throughout the migration lifecycle.

Your Role

Design, develop, and optimize

ETL workflows

using tools such as

Syniti or

similar ETL platforms). Perform

data extraction, transformation, and loading

from multiple source systems like SAP/4HANA. Implement

data validation and QA checks

to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with business rules. Conduct

test migrations, simulations, and reconciliation

to validate data integrity. Troubleshoot and resolve ETL issues, ensuring timely delivery of migration waves. Document processes, maintain audit logs, and support governance and compliance requirements

Your Skills

3+ years

of experience in ETL development and data migration projects. Proficiency in ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, SSIS, etc.). Strong SQL skills for data profiling, transformation, and validation. Hands-on experience in

data quality assurance

, including validation scripts and reconciliation. Familiarity with

SAP S/4HANA migration

or similar ERP systems is a plus. Knowledge of

data governance, change control, and compliance frameworks

. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
