We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator with expertise in aluminum and facade systems to join our growing team.

This role is critical in delivering accurate project cost estimations and competitive tender submissions for commercial and residential facade projects. Key Responsibilities Analyze architectural and structural drawings to produce precise quantity take-offs and cost estimates. Collaborate closely with design, engineering, procurement, and project management teams to develop comprehensive proposals. Obtain, review, and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure competitive pricing. Prepare detailed technical and commercial bid documents for tender submissions. Support value engineering initiatives to optimize costs while maintaining quality. Review tender and contract documents to identify scope, risks, and exclusions. Keep abreast of material prices, market trends, and innovations in facade systems.
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

3 to 5 years of GCC-based experience in aluminum and facade estimation. Strong knowledge of curtain walls, cladding, windows, doors, and other facade components and systems.

Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail. Proficient in written and verbal communication.

Experience with mid to large-scale commercial or mixed-use projects is highly desirable.
