Lead the design and development of end-to-end cloud architectures on the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability for future growth.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess existing systems, and propose innovative cloud solutions that meet performance, security, and cost-efficiency standards.
Develop comprehensive architectural designs, technical specifications, and migration strategies for cloud-native applications and infrastructure.
Provide expert guidance and oversight during the implementation phase, working closely with engineering teams to ensure adherence to architectural best practices and Cloud standards.
Define and enforce cloud governance frameworks, security controls, and compliance measures within Cloud environments.
Conduct architecture reviews, performance optimizations, and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and efficiency of Cloud solutions.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies, tools, and trends in cloud computing, evaluating their potential application within the organization's cloud strategy.
Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert, contributing to the development of best practices, standards, and methodologies related to Cloud .
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Cloud Solution Architect or in a comparable role is required, emphasizing expertise in designing and implementing solutions.
Strong proficiency in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services such as Compute, Database Services, Cloud Storage, Cloud Networking, IAM, etc.
Experience with Oracle Database technologies, including Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC), Oracle Data Guard, and proficiency in managing and migrating both on-premises and cloud-based Oracle Database environments.
Proven track record in architecting complex, scalable, and highly available cloud solutions while adhering to security and compliance standards.
Deep understanding of cloud architecture principles, microservices, serverless computing, containerization, and hybrid cloud environments.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Cloud Professional certifications. OCI certification is a plus.
