Design, assess, and deliver Microsoft Teams Voice and enterprise telephony solutions across complex, multi-site IT environments. Lead end-to-end architecture, migration planning, and rollout of unified communications, ensuring alignment with enterprise infrastructure standards and minimal business disruption.
Key Responsibilities
Assess existing IT/telephony environments and identify gaps vs. global standards.
Design Microsoft Teams Phone solutions including Direct Routing, SBC architecture, dial plans, call routing, and contact center integration (Luware, Anywhere365).
Plan and execute migrations: SBC configuration, number porting, Teams Voice policies, network readiness, identity dependencies, and cutover strategies.
Coordinate with network, AD/Entra, M365, security, server/client teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Validate configurations, troubleshoot call quality/SIP issues, and ensure stable service rollout.
Produce architecture documents, migration playbooks, and operations handover packages.
Support adoption/change efforts and ensure smooth user transition to new voice capabilities.
Required Expertise
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Voice, Direct Routing, SIP, PSTN, SBCs (AudioCodes).
Solid knowledge of M365, Exchange Online, Entra ID/AD
Understanding of LAN/WAN, QoS, firewalls, Cisco SD-WAN/Catalyst networks.
Experience in large-scale UC migrations and multi-country environments.
Preferred Background
Certifications such as MS-720, MS-700, AZ-104, SC-300, AudioCodes SBC.
Practical experience in contact center integrations and hybrid/cloud identity models
