Job Summary
We are seeking an Estimator/Construction Administrator to join our team! You will process and oversee incoming calls and documents, enter and process payroll, and assist with estimating and project planning/management.
Responsibilities
- Payroll entry and processing
- Construction estimating and take-offs
- Customer reception and service
- Supervise personnel
- Manage shop purchases and inventories
- Administrative Duties
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
