Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.
Demonstrated experience in estimating for construction projects in the UAE.
Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and pricing.
Skilled in estimating software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
