Estimator / Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects
Analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents
Monitor and control project costs throughout execution
Assess and manage risks related to costs and schedules
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients
Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements
Prepare and review tender documents and contracts
Conduct site visits for cost verification and progress assessment
Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in cost estimation and quantity surveying
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and negotiation skills
