Responsibilities: Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work and the required materials. Prepare accurate cost estimates for fit-out projects, including labor, materials, and equipment. Conduct site visits and inspections to assess the condition of the building or space and determine the requirements for the fit-out. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure that the estimates meet the project requirements and budget constraints. Provide cost estimates for various fit-out options to help clients make informed decisions about the project. Maintain a database of prices for materials and labor to ensure that estimates are accurate and up-to-date. Analyze and evaluate the bids from contractors and suppliers to ensure that they are in line with the project requirements and budget. Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and reports for management and clients. Attend meetings with clients and contractors to discuss the estimates and negotiate pricing. Monitor the progress of the project and update the estimates as required. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. Proven experience as a Fit Out Estimator or a similar role. Excellent analytical and mathematical skills. Knowledge of construction methods and materials. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in using computer software for cost estimating and project management. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Attention to detail and accuracy.
