Job Description
Estimator - Commercial Building Projects (Aluminium & Glass)
Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates. Perform quantity take-offs for aluminium, glass, and related materials. Prepare accurate cost estimates for aluminium facades, curtain walls, windows, and glass works. Submit competitive, well-documented quotations on time. Prepare and submit quotations/tenders within deadlines. Propose value engineering solutions to optimize cost. Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams for project alignment. Maintain records of tenders, revisions, and supplier rates. Coordinate with suppliers for pricing and maintain cost databases. Suggest value engineering options to reduce project costs. Support technical clarifications and client communications. Collaborate with sales, design, and execution teams for smooth handover. Maintain organized records of estimates, revisions, and submissions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
ALuminium & Glass Company: 2 years (Preferred) Aluminium & Glass Industry: 2 years (Preferred)
