Job Title: Estimator & Project Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
Review drawings/specifications and define scope for fitout, exhibition, events, kiosk, and construction projects.
Prepare accurate BOQs, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
Conduct site assessments, validate layouts, and ensure compliance with codes/regulations.
Coordinate with vendors, negotiate quotes, and manage project budgets.
Supervise on-site execution, quality control, manpower, and final handover.
Requirements:
Proven experience in estimation & supervision for fitout, exhibitions, events, kiosks, and construction.
Strong technical knowledge of materials, methods, and industry standards.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
