Review technical drawings, BOQs, and 3D design layouts for accurate costing.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for updated rates for joinery, fabrication, painting, electrical, flooring, graphics, and other event materials.
Prepare tenders, quotations, and cost proposals.
Plan and oversee onsite installation, dismantling, and logistics for exhibition projects.
Track project budgets and ensure cost control and profitability.
Maintain updated supplier and subcontractor databases.
Monitor production of exhibition elements--carpentry, painting, finishing, lighting, graphics installation.
Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material scheduling for event setups.
Support management in project planning, pricing strategies, and cost optimization.
Requirements
Experience in exhibition stand building, events fit-out, or temporary structure fabrication (minimum 3-5 years).
Strong knowledge of joinery, carpentry, flooring, lighting, electrical setup, and exhibition materials.
Familiarity with event production timelines and fast-paced working environments.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of reading technical drawings and CAD layouts is an advantage.
Strong communication and coordination skills with vendors, designers, subcontractors, and onsite teams.
Ability to supervise multiple sites and meet tight event deadlines.
