Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented
Estimator
to join our fit-out division. The candidate will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, reviewing project drawings, and supporting the project and sales teams in pricing and tender submissions.Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze
AutoCAD drawings
and project specifications. Prepare accuratematerial take-offs
,cost estimates
, andquotations
. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing. Assist in preparing tender documents and project proposals. Maintain cost records and update pricing databases. Work closely with project managers and designers to ensure estimates align with client requirements.Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in estimation, preferably in interior fit-out or construction.Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
inCivil Engineering
,Quantity Surveying
, or a related field. Strong knowledge ofAutoCAD
and ability to read technical drawings. Good understanding of materials, finishes, and fit-out processes. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office software. Attention to detail and good analytical skills.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
