About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Estimator specializing in private fit-out works to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost estimation, procurement, and project budgeting for high-end interior projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for private fit-out projects, including materials, labor, and subcontractor costs.
- Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and ensure precise pricing in line with project specifications.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive rates and ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, building codes, and health & safety standards.
- Provide cost control analysis, monitor project budgets, and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to develop comprehensive cost plans.
- Stay updated with market trends, material costs, and new suppliers within the fit-out sector.
- Proven experience as an Estimator within the private fit-out sector in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and compliance requirements.
- Established supply chain network for sourcing fit-out materials and subcontractors.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
