Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities: * Preparation of BOQ for interior works. * Preparation of estimates, bills, and site supervision for interior works. * Preparation of presentation to the client, Interior perspective, exterior perspective, furniture perspective using 3ds max, Auto Cad, Photoshop. * Work with clients to design or renovate spaces to meet their standard. * Ensuring that all works is done without wastage of material. * Enhance the function, safety, and aesthetics of interior spaces. * Meet with sub-contractors on site regarding project and design details.
