Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented
Estimator
to join our clients interior fit-out team in Dubai. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tenders for interior fit-out projects, ensuring competitiveness while maintaining quality and profitability.Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for interior fit-out projects Study drawings, specifications, and tender documents Take accurate material and quantity take-offs Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for clarifications Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors Analyze costs related to materials, labor, equipment, and overheads Prepare tender submissions within deadlines Support value engineering and cost optimization Maintain records of estimates, revisions, and approvals
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
as an Estimator in interior fit-out or contracting industry Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials, finishes, and joinery works Proficiency inExcel
and estimation software Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Good analytical and numerical skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesJob Types: Full-time, Contract
