What you will do
Estimator is a key role, reporting to the Sales Application Team Leader \xe2\x80\x93 Ruskin Titus Gulf (RTG) for UAE. As a part of a growing team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of business for RTG division segment for Building Technology and Solutions with particular focus on airside HVAC components.
You will be based in Umm Al Quwain as part of the Sales-Contracting Team supporting the Sales Engineers on bidding, drafting tenders and submitting proposals for contracting jobs across both the residential and commercial sector in the region.

How you will do it
As an Estimation Engineer, you will use you knowledge of HVAC systems to complete tender documents to meet the specifications set out by the customer. This will involve attending site surveys, bid-clarification meetings, seeking quotations from sub vendors and sub-contractors, estimating in-house product costs, and estimating costs for engineering, labor and project management. You\xe2\x80\x99ll support multiple tenders simultaneously, using your estimation experience to co-ordinate with the client on specifications and technical clarifications ensuring we submit proposals that are competitive, meet requirements and are on time.

What we look for
Required
- Degree/Diploma\xe2\x80\x93 Electrical/ Mechanical
- Minimum 0 to 2 years of experience as an Estimator/Technical Support for HVAC products preferably in Air Distribution Product line.
- Knowledge of product selection of air distribution products
- Proficient in using MS office, especially MS Excel Spreadsheet
- Capable of reading and preparing drawing through AutoCAD
- Result orientated, tenacious, self-motivated, a customer focused approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills - must be able to adapt working style to the personalities and work styles of our customers and internal partners
- Proficiency in the English language is important
- Estimation/ Pre-Sales experience in HVAC industry
- Knowledge in AutoCAD
