We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Estimator

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

event fabrication, exhibitions, and large event setups

, with the ability to prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets while working closely with our production and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for

event fabrication, exhibitions, and stage/set builds

. Analyze drawings, designs, and technical documents to prepare BOQs. Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to obtain competitive pricing. Work closely with project managers and designers to ensure cost efficiency. Prepare quotations and proposals for clients in line with company standards. Track costs, budgets, and variations during the project lifecycle. Maintain updated knowledge of market prices, materials, and fabrication techniques.

Requirements:

Minimum

3+ years of experience

as an estimator in events, exhibitions, or fabrication. Strong knowledge of

materials, carpentry, metal, and event fabrication techniques

. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of

AutoCAD/SketchUp

is an advantage. Excellent analytical and negotiation skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
