Job Title:

Estimator cum Draftsman - Interior Fit-Out & Joinery

Location:

UAE (Candidates must be currently based in UAE with a valid driving license)

Job Type:

Full-Time

About the Role:


We are looking for an experienced

Estimator cum Draftsman

with strong expertise in

interior fit-out and joinery works

. The role involves preparing accurate

cost estimates, BOQs, and architectural drawings

for residential and commercial projects while coordinating with site teams, suppliers, and consultants to ensure projects are delivered

on time, within budget, and to specification

.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare

detailed estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions

for joinery, fit-out, and MEP works. Conduct

quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and material/labour calculations

. Develop and update

architectural drawings using AutoCAD

; coordinate with MEP layouts. Review

site conditions, drawings, and contracts

to identify gaps or additional requirements. Evaluate

supplier and subcontractor quotations

, highlighting risks and exclusions. Maintain and update

supplier/subcontractor databases and drawing records

. Support project teams with

technical coordination and design solutions

.

Requirements:



Minimum

5 years UAE experience

in estimation, costing, and AutoCAD within a

Joinery & Fit-Out company

. Strong experience in

residential fit-outs

(villas, apartments). Ability to

read and interpret technical drawings

and specifications.

High numeracy and analytical skills

with strong attention to detail.

Good communication and negotiation skills

.

Valid UAE driving license

is mandatory.

Preferred:



Experience with

high-end or complex fit-out projects

. Ability to

manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously

.
