We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced
Estimator
to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including Civil and MEP works, supporting the tendering and project planning process.Key Responsibilities:
Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare cost estimates. Identify material, labor, and time requirements for projects. Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare and submit competitive, clear, and accurate bid proposals. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to optimize project cost planning. Monitor project costs during execution and advise on cost-saving opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an
Estimator
in the construction industry (Civil and/or MEP). Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing. Proficient in estimation and project management software (e.g., Excel, AutoCAD, Primavera, etc.). Excellent numerical and analytical skills. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field preferred.Job Type: Full-time
