Key Responsibilities
Prepare
detailed cost estimates
for aluminum, facade, curtain wall, glazing, and cladding systems
Review
tender drawings, specifications, and BOQs
Perform
material take-offs
and quantity measurements
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain
competitive quotations
Analyze project risks, exclusions, and value engineering options
Assist in
tender submissions
, clarifications, and post-tender negotiations
Maintain and update
cost databases
and pricing benchmarks
Support the commercial team during project handover and variations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in
Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
3-7 years
of experience as an Estimator in the
aluminum/facade industry
Strong knowledge of
facade systems
, including curtain wall, windows, doors, and cladding
Ability to read and interpret
architectural and structural drawings
Proficient in
Excel
and estimation software (e.g., PlanSwift, AutoCAD, CostX - advantage)
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
