Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
estimator
to prepare accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and rate analyses for warehouse and civil construction projects. The role supports tendering, budgeting, procurement, and project teams to ensure competitive and realistic pricing.Responsibilities
Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications Prepare detailed quantity take-offs Develop cost estimates, rate analysis, and unit rates Collect supplier and subcontractor quotations Prepare comparison sheets (CSTs) and tender pricing documents Assist in tender submissions and coordinate with the project manager. Support project budgeting and update cost variations Review drawings to identify discrepancies and suggest cost-saving options Maintain estimation files, cost sheets, and report updates Coordinate with Procurement, Projects, Design, and vendors Submit weekly progress and pending reports
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field 3-7 years of experience as an Estimator in construction/industrial/warehouse projects Strong understanding of QS, cost estimation, and tendering Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation tools Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
