A REGULAR DAY AT WORK In this position you will work as a pre-sales specialist being responsible for the generation of technical drawings and technical quotations for professional kitchen equipment for projects in the Middle East.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receiving of request for quotation from dealers
• Receiving of request for quotation & products details from consultants
• Checking of Tender Documents – BOQ, Specifications, & Drawing
• Preparing the offer from iQuote software base on the complete tender documents provided by customer
• Coordinate with the Director of the local legal entity, regarding the discount structure, sales analysis, & project status
• Supporting customers, dealers, & consultants with regards to value engineering & product features & technical queries
• Providing Kitchen & Laundry design for customer in some select cases
• Coordinating with customer’s/dealers regarding the status of a specific job-on-hand projects
• Coordination with other BU managers in relation to the request – Laundry, Beverage, & Customer Care.
• Coordinating with Order & Processing Team with regards to order confirmation received from customer
• Sending of OTC file of the confirmed order to O&P Team
• Participating with Global Pre-sales Team activities & training in relation to new products, solution, and tools used.
• Being involved with internal regional team activities, project updates, and sales/corporate status
• Participation on the activities & trainings conducted by HR, IT, & Product Managers

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• University Degree / Diploma
• Minimum 5 years previous working experience in a similar environment within the Middle East region with either a kitchen dealer / contractor or manufacturer.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Acrobat Reader, Microsoft 365 and relative Apps (SharePoint, One Drive, Teams, Planner, etc.).
• Food equipment and market knowledge.
• Good communication and networking skills.
• Knowledge of CAD applications (Autocad 2D, Revit; Autocad 3D) will be considered a plus; good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and relative Apps (SharePoint, One Drive, Teams, Planner, etc.).
• Fluent in English, Hindi and Malayalam will be a strong plus.
