Job Description
Estimation & Proposal Engineer
Experience: 5 - 10 years
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Salary: QAR 14,000 (Full Package) + Benefits as per Qatar labour law
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed project proposals, cost estimates, and tender submissions Analyze project scope, technical specifications, and commercial requirements Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for accurate costing Assess project risks and commercial terms; prepare comprehensive technical & commercial reports Ensure all proposals meet client expectations and company standards Maintain organized documentation for all estimations and submissions
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in estimation/proposals for Oil & Gas or large-scale construction projects Strong knowledge of costing, tendering, and project evaluation processes Excellent analytical, technical, and communication skills Immediate joiners preferred
