Estimation & Procurement Manager– Marble & Interior Fit Out

Job Description
We are looking for a skilled professional with strong technical expertise in
marble works and interior fit-out
to manage project estimations, technical reviews, and procurement activities.Key Responsibilities:
Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs for marble and interior works. Prepare accurate cost estimations, material take-offs, and quotations. Source and evaluate suppliers for marble, stone, and related materials. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors. Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure timely material delivery. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field. Minimum 10 years' experience in marble estimation and procurement, preferably in UAE. Strong knowledge of marble types, finishes, and installation methods. Proficient in MS Office and estimation software. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
