About the Role
Elegant Qubes Decorations is seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Manager
with proven expertise in the
interior fit-out and exhibition industry
. The ideal candidate will have
a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
and a strong network within the sector. This role is critical in driving business growth, building long-term client relationships, and expanding our presence in new markets.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Lead Generation
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking events, exhibitions, and referrals.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients and projects aligned with company objectives.
Conduct detailed market research to identify clients, industries, and trends.
Strategic Planning & Market Analysis
Analyze market data to understand competitors and shape business strategies.
Develop and implement business development plans with clear objectives and KPIs.
Regularly assess progress and refine strategies.
Client Relationship Management
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Engage with clients to understand needs and offer tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, project management) to ensure successful delivery.
Proposal & Presentation Development
Prepare persuasive proposals and impactful presentations for clients.
Customize presentations to highlight value-driven solutions.
Networking & Brand Awareness
Represent the company at exhibitions, industry events, and forums.
Actively promote brand visibility and build professional connections.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Use CRM tools to track opportunities, leads, and outcomes.
Provide regular updates and insights to senior management.
Continuous Improvement & Professional Growth
Stay up to date with industry trends, sales strategies, and best practices.
Participate in training, certifications, and networking to strengthen expertise.
Contribute to a supportive and knowledge-sharing team culture.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum
4 years of proven experience
in
business development within the exhibition and interior fit-out industry
.
Strong network and client base in the relevant sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategies.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Should be able to cross the target of 7 to 10 Million Yearly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
