Adhoc Fire and Security System LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced
Estimation & Procurement Engineer
with a minimum of 2-5 years of UAE experience to support our Fire & Life Safety projects. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, managing procurement activities, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions for fire and security system projects. Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to determine material and equipment requirements. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and quality. Coordinate with the sales and engineering teams to align procurement with project requirements. Maintain vendor relationships and update supplier databases. Ensure compliance with UAE fire and safety regulations and international standards. Monitor procurement schedules to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical) or related discipline. 2-5 years of experience in estimation and procurement within the fire & security systems industry in the UAE. Strong knowledge of fire alarm, firefighting, CCTV, access control, and integrated security solutions. Proficiency in MS Office and estimation software. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. UAE driving license preferred.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
