What you will do

The Commissioning Engineer is a pivotal role directly reporting to the Commissioning and Panel Built Manager. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will join a dynamic team responsible for propelling the growth of our Install division segment within Building Technology and Solutions, specifically focusing on Fire & Security Systems. You will thrive in a vibrant environment that encourages you to leverage your experience to support the team with pre-sales and estimation processes.



How you will do it

As an Experienced Commissioning Engineer, you should have a solid understanding of Fire & Security systems, including Fire alarms, Access Controls, CCTV, and other ELV systems. Your responsibilities will include:



Commissioning and servicing systems following established manuals and instructions.

Supporting the completion of commissioning processes, check sheets, handover procedures, certifications, and punch list activities.

Providing the project team with accurate assessments of commissioning requirements and statuses to ensure informed decision-making.

Participating in technical reviews for QA/QC and engineering tasks.

Ensuring all necessary HSE reviews are conducted and actions addressed.

Executing your responsibilities with a strong focus on quality, health, and safety.

Delivering operation and maintenance orientation/training on company-supplied equipment to users.

Conducting system troubleshooting as required during commissioning and proposing effective remedies.



What we look for

Required



Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation or similar fields.

5 years of experience in executing Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities for ELV Systems.

A results-oriented, tenacious, self-motivated individual who is customer-focused.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills, able to adapt your working style to the personalities and work styles of various stakeholders.

Must possess a valid UAE driving license.
