What You'll Do:
Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs.
Prepare accurate cost estimates and competitive quotations.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Negotiate with system providers and vendors to secure the best pricing.
Ensure purchase orders, agreements, and shop drawings align with approved quotations.
Stay updated with market trends, material prices, and competitor activities.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
3-5 years of estimation experience in aluminum & glazing/facade works.
Strong technical knowledge of aluminum systems and cladding solutions.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and BOQ interpretation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
