Proven experience as an Estimation Manager or Senior Estimator in construction or engineering projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.
Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
