Estimation Manager Fitout

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed and competitive cost estimates for interior fit-out projects. Interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare accurate bids. Manage the full tender process, ensuring timely and precise submissions. Create and maintain comprehensive BOQs for each project. Ensure all estimation documentation aligns with project requirements and standards. Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and suppliers to gather necessary information for accurate estimations. Negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers to secure the best value. Lead and manage a team of estimators, ensuring the production of accurate and timely estimates. Provide guidance and training to junior estimators and support staff. Implement cost control measures throughout the estimation process. Identify and propose value engineering solutions to optimize project budgets. Establish and maintain company estimation policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
: Minimum of 10 years in Fitout estimation for interior fit-out projects, with a proven track record of delivering accurate and competitive cost estimatesJob Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
