Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Job Details :
- Should have 10-15 years of experience in Fit-out company in UAE as a Estimation Manager role 3-5 years of experience.
- Strong background in fit-out Residential buildings estimating and project management (Villa Projects)
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of Dubai's building regulations and standards
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Professional certifications in estimating or project management are a plus
