Estimation Manager
Job Description
:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the estimation team in preparing accurate cost estimates for large-scale infrastructure, power transmission, or construction projects.
Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to determine project scope and requirements.
Develop BOQs, material take-offs, and cost breakdowns for civil, electrical, and MEP components.
Liaise with vendors and subcontractors for accurate pricing and technical clarifications.
Work closely with project managers, procurement, and planning teams to finalise bid strategies.
Analyse risks and identify cost-saving alternatives or value engineering options.
Prepare and present cost summaries and tender submissions to senior management.
Monitor post-tender clarifications and assist in contract negotiations when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical) or equivalent.
8-10 years of UAE/GCC experience in estimation within Infrastructure, Power, Electrical, or Construction Building industries.
Strong knowledge of cost structures, technical drawings, and tendering procedures.
Proficiency in estimation software (Candy, CCS, Excel, AutoCAD).
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Must be available to join immediately or on short notice.
