Job Description

We are looking for a

detail-oriented and proactive Estimation Executive

to join our team in

Sharjah

. The ideal candidate will have a

minimum of 3 years of experience

in estimation within the

glass and aluminium industry

or a related field. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, coordinating with internal departments and clients, monitoring project timelines, managing resources, and supporting the successful execution of projects in line with company standards and client requirements.

The Estimation Executive is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions for glass and aluminium works, ensuring competitiveness and profitability. The role involves analyzing project drawings, specifications, and technical requirements to determine material, labor, and time costs for fabrication and installation.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze

project drawings, specifications, and tender documents

to understand project scope and requirements. Prepare

accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and quotations

for aluminium and glass works including curtain walls, doors, windows, partitions, cladding, skylights, etc. Coordinate with the

design, production, and procurement teams

to obtain material prices, fabrication timelines, and resource requirements. Liaise with

suppliers and subcontractors

to obtain the most competitive rates for materials and services. Evaluate

technical feasibility

and suggest cost-effective solutions or alternatives as needed. Maintain and update

pricing databases, cost records, and supplier lists

for future reference. Support the

project handover process

by providing detailed cost breakdowns and clarifications to the project execution team. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in

Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field

.

2-5 years of experience

in estimation within the

glass, aluminium, or facade industry

. Strong knowledge of

aluminium systems, glass specifications, hardware, and accessories

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, Word), and estimation software/tools

. Familiarity with

UAE market suppliers and material standards

is preferred. Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
