ESTIMATION ENGINEER required urgently for a reputed building construction company:

Degree in Civil Engineering
Min. 5 years\' experience with WAREHOUSE and Civil construction projects.
Must have Experience on making the cost estimate of building packages and dealing with specialized agencies/sub contractor packages which include tendering, negotiations etc.
Good command of computer software in the field of estimation & costing.
Good knowledge of market rates/price of materials and various construction works tendering process, local conditions and current trends.
Strong inter-personal, organizational and presentation skills.
Good oral and written communication skills.
