Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Estimation Engineer
with a strong background inLV Switchgear Design
and Estimation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for estimating costs related toLow Voltage (LV) Panels, SMDBs, and Distribution Boards
, and should have hands-on experience with theselection of electrical components
, especially from reputed brands such asSchneider Electric
andL&T
.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates for
LV Panels, SMDBs, and Distribution Boards
. Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications. Coordinate with the design team to provide accurate estimates. Select appropriate materials (MCB, MCCB, ELCB, etc.) based on project requirements. Evaluate supplier quotations and ensure cost competitiveness. Prepare technical and commercial proposals for tenders and inquiries.Required Skills & Experience:
Strong experience in
LV switchgear design
. Proven experience in estimation ofLV Panels/SMDBs/DBs
. Proficient inselection of Schneider and L&T components
. Proficiency inAutoCAD
,MS Excel
, andMS Word
. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Qualifications:
BE in Electrical Engineering
. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in switchgear estimation.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
