Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Electrical Estimation Engineer

with hands-on experience in

LV Switchgear systems

. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical and commercial estimates, analyzing project requirements, and supporting sales and engineering teams in project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and technical/commercial proposals for LV switchgear, MCCs, control panels, and distribution boards. Analyze tender documents, technical specifications, and electrical drawings (SLDs, layouts, etc.). Coordinate with the design, procurement, and sales teams for proposal development. Identify material requirements and create project-specific BOMs. Attend pre-bid and client meetings for technical discussions and clarifications. Ensure compliance with international standards such as IEC.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering 2-5 years of experience in electrical switchgear estimation (LV systems) Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and relevant estimation tools Strong knowledge of LV switchgear components and industry practices Familiarity with IEC standards and electrical codes Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills

GCC experience preferred
