Estimation & Costing
Prepare
accurate project estimates
based on drawings, BOQs, and production requirements Cost materials, fabrication, labor, installation, logistics, and outsourcing Supportsales / BD
with pricing and cost clarifications Prepareestimation sheets
before quotation approvalBOQ & Quantity Take-Off
Prepare
BOQs and quantity take-offs
from approved drawings Identify scope gaps and flag cost risks early Handlevariations and additional works costing
Drawing & Technical Understanding
Read and interpret
design, shop, and fabrication drawings
Coordinate with Design and Production teams to resolve technical clarifications Understand materials, finishes, joinery, metal works, signage, and site requirementsProcurement Coordination
Assist procurement in
vendor enquiries and price comparisons
Evaluate supplier quotations and recommend cost-effective options Support value engineering without compromising qualityCost Control & Reporting
Track
estimated vs actual project costs
Highlight cost overruns and suggest corrective actions Coordinate with Accounts forproject-wise profitability tracking.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
