Job Description
We are looking for a skilled
Estimation & Quotation Specialist
who can accurately take off quantities, price materials, calculate labor charges, and prepare professional quotations for our tents, shades, metal structures, and fabric projects.Key Responsibilities
Review drawings, sketches, and project requirements to extract accurate BOQs. Prepare detailed material take-offs including steel, fabric, accessories, and installation items. Calculate labor costs, equipment usage, and miscellaneous project expenses. Source and compare supplier prices to ensure competitive costing. Prepare clear, structured, and professional quotations for clients. Work closely with the sales team to support pricing strategies. Maintain updated cost databases for materials and labor. Ensure all estimates are delivered on time.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years experience in
estimation
, preferably intents, shades, steel fabrication, PVC/HDPE structures
, or related industries. Strong knowledge of material prices and labor productivity. Good understanding of BOQ preparation and project costing. Proficient in Excel, AutoCAD (basic understanding is an advantage), and general computer skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Salary
Based on experience and performance.
