Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
Prepare detailed
quantity take-offs
for steel, fabric, and civil works.
Prepare
BOQs
, cost estimates, and pricing sheets.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for material and labor quotations.
Prepare
technical summaries
and detailed
commercial proposals
.
Define clear
payment terms
, exclusions, and clarifications.
Conduct
negotiations
with suppliers and clients for best pricing and terms.
Ensure all documents are complete and aligned with client tender/inquiry requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Structural Engineering.
Minimum
2-4 years of UAE experience
in estimation for tents, shades, or steel structure projects.
Strong knowledge of
AutoCAD, MS Excel, and cost estimation tools
.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple inquiries and meet tight deadlines.
