About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

application estimation engineer

to join our team. The role involves preparing accurate technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with suppliers and clients, and ensuring timely submission of bids. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Review project specifications, drawings, and tender documents to prepare cost estimates. Prepare and submit technical & commercial proposals within deadlines. Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for quotations and technical clarifications. Support the sales team with accurate pricing and technical documentation. Maintain updated records of quotations, proposals, and pricing databases. Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow between estimation, sales, and execution teams. Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and client requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. 1-3 years of experience in estimation, applications, or technical sales (fresh graduates may also apply). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
