Estimation Engineer

, and we are seeking a highly skilled professional with substantial experience in the
Gulf region
.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for fit-out projects, including material, labor, and subcontractor costs.
Analyze project drawings, specifications, and technical documents to provide accurate estimations.
Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and design teams to ensure estimates are aligned with project requirements.
Identify risks, potential cost savings, and value engineering opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of estimation data and provide regular reporting to senior management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven experience as an Estimation Engineer in the Gulf region, specifically in fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and cost estimation techniques.
Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
