Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQs for interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will analyze project specifications, review drawings, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure competitive and precise pricing.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for fit-out projects. Review drawings, specifications, and scope of work. Obtain and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations. Work closely with design, procurement, and project teams. Ensure all estimates align with client budgets and project goals. Participate in value engineering and cost optimization.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fit-out estimation (Abu Dhabi experience preferred).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
