Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to determine project scope.

Prepare cost estimates.

Conduct quantity take-off and prepare BOQs

Analyze vendor quotations, technical submittals, and cost breakdowns.

Prepare and review tender documents, including pricing schedules and clarifications.

Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for technical and commercial offers.

Evaluate project risks, variations, and value engineering options.

Ensure compliance with client requirements, codes, and standards.

Support project teams during pre-bid, bid, and post-bid clarifications.

Prepare final tender submissions, including technical and financial proposals.

Maintain updated cost databases, material prices, and market rates.

Assist project management team in budget monitoring and cost control.

Project planning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
