Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented

Estimation Engineer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for glass and aluminum fit-out projects, ensuring profitability while maintaining quality standards. You will collaborate with the sales, design, and operations teams to analyze project requirements, materials, and labor costs.

Key Responsibilities:

Cost Estimation:

Prepare detailed and competitive cost estimates for glass and aluminum projects, considering materials, labor, and other project expenses.

Technical Analysis:

Review architectural and structural drawings to assess project feasibility and material requirements.

Value Engineering:

Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or design intent.

Proposal Development:

Assist the sales team in preparing technical and commercial proposals.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the quantity survey, design, and operations teams to ensure accuracy in estimations and seamless project execution.

Post-Project Review:

Analyze completed projects to refine estimation processes and improve future cost projections.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Experience:

Minimum

1 year

of experience in estimation for glass, aluminum, or facade projects.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software. Strong understanding of glass and aluminum systems, fabrication, and installation. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Soft Skills:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred:

Experience in luxury or high-end interior/exterior fit-outs.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
