Job Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender pricing Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents Coordinate with procurement and engineering teams for pricing Prepare material take-offs and cost comparisons Support contract negotiation and variation pricing Experience in contract administration and tender documentation Knowledge of FIDIC-based contracts and UAE construction practices Ability to review contract conditions, scope of work, and risk clauses Experience in variation pricing, claims support, and cost impact analysis Coordination with Contracts and Commercial departments during tender and post-award stages

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum 5 years' experience in GCC, including Dubai projects Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials Proficient in MS Excel and estimating software Valid UAE Driver's License
