Estimation Engineer
Job Description
Job Title: Estimation Engineer - Aluminium & Glass Facade
Experience: Minimum 3 years
We are looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer specialized in aluminium and glass facade works to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and material take-offs for facade projects
- Study tender drawings, specifications, and scope of work
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Prepare tender submissions, clarifications, and commercial proposals
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams
- Assist in post-tender negotiations and cost optimization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in aluminium & glass facade estimation
- Knowledge of curtain wall, unitized & stick systems, windows, doors, and glazing
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, PlanSwift and MS Excel
- Familiarity with UAE/GCC market rates and suppliers
- Strong analytical and communication skills
