ImmediateJob Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs. Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents. Prepare and price tenders and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors. Monitor project budgets, costs, and cash flow. Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and variance analysis. Track variations, change orders, and claims. Coordinate with site and commercial teams. Support value engineering and cost optimization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. 3-5 years of experience in estimation and cost control within UAE construction projects. Strong knowledge of local market rates and suppliers. Proficiency in MS Excel and cost control/estimation tools. Good analytical and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
