Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed
cost estimates, BOQs, and material take-offs
Analyze labor, material, subcontractor, and overhead costs Request and evaluatesupplier and subcontractor quotations
Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams Identify risks, cost-saving opportunities, and pricing strategies Maintain cost databases and historical project records Support contract negotiations and variation pricingRequired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in
Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
2-5 years experience
in estimation (interior fit-out / construction preferred) Strong knowledge ofUAE market rates and suppliers
Proficiency inExcel, AutoCAD,
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Strong analytical and negotiation skills Good communication and time-management skillsJob Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
