Job Description
Estimation Engineer -
We are seeking a skilled Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate cost estimates and support project planning for construction and electromechanical works.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tenders based on drawings and specifications Analyze project requirements, materials, labor, and timelines Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations Review tender documents and identify risks and value-engineering opportunities Support the project and sales teams during pre- and post-tender stages
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) Proven experience in estimation and tendering in water proofing, fire stopping, fire proofing and floor coating. Strong knowledge of materials, market rates, and costing Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software Good communication and analytical skills
