Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Estimator
to prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for interior design, fit-out, and construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing drawings, specifications, and BOQs to support tendering and project execution.Key Responsibilities
Prepare
cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents
for interior and fit-out projects Study drawings, specifications, and project requirements Calculate material, labor, and subcontractor costs Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations Assist in tender submissions and cost analysis Support project team with cost control and variations Ensure estimates align with project scope and timelinesRequirements
Proven experience as an
Estimator
in interior design, fit-out, or construction companies Strong knowledge ofmaterials, finishes, and fit-out works
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Proficiency inExcel
Good analytical and communication skillsQualifications
Degree/Diploma in
Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Interior Design
4-5 years experience
as an Estimator in interior fit-out or construction Knowledge ofBOQs, drawings, materials, and finishes
Proficient inMS Excel
